Introduction
InspereX LLC ("InspereX") and its employees may utilize approved text messaging (SMS) applications as an additional communication channel in which to communicate with InspereX’s institutional and regulated entity counterparties for a variety of purposes, such as providing notification about investment opportunities or explaining investment features. This policy outlines our practices regarding SMS communications, data privacy and security.
Purpose of SMS Communication
InspereX and its employees utilize SMS for informational purposes only. We do not accept or act on any trade or other instructions via SMS.
Opt-Out & Contact Information
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from InspereX at any time by either:

As a regulated broker-dealer, InspereX is obligated to retain SMS messages for a period of not less than three (3) years for legal and compliance purposes. After the retention period, they are securely deleted.
Messaging Application Restrictions
For data security and compliance reasons, InspereX prohibits the use of unauthorized messaging applications for business purposes. This includes applications like WhatsApp, Signal, Slack, etc. A list of approved applications is available upon request by contacting [email protected].
User Education
InspereX encourages its employees to practice safe messaging habits, such as:
Avoiding suspicious links and attachments
Not sharing sensitive information via SMS
InspereX prohibits it employees from sending SMS messages reasonably deemed to be inappropriate in relation to the business activities of InspereX.

InspereX will review and update this policy periodically to reflect changes in technology, regulations, and organizational practices.
