Incapital Promotes Scott Beshany to Bolster Bank Channel

Incapital, a leading underwriter and distributor of fixed income and other financial products, today announced the promotion of Scott Beshany to National Sales Manager, Bank Channel.

In his new position, Mr. Beshany will focus on key account management and new business development of structured products, unit trusts and annuities through strategic relationships within Incapital’s bank channels. Beshany previously held the role of Vice President, National Accounts.

“Scott’s deep level of knowledge and experience will serve as a critical addition to Incapital’s robust team as we look to expand our presence in the bank brokerage sector,” said Kevin Hart, Managing Director, Incapital Financial Services. “Scott will help to bolster the firm’s relationships within the bank channel as we maximize our distribution of structured products, unit trusts and annuities offerings.”

Mr. Beshany will primarily work with bank brokerage CEOs, national sales managers and product managers, as well as key industry organizations, to bring the Incapital brand to the forefront of the bank brokerage industry. Incapital’s external wholesale team supporting banks with structured products, unit investment trusts and annuities will report directly to Mr. Beshany.

Prior to joining Incapital, Mr. Beshany spent a decade as Senior Vice President of BBVA Compass Investment Solutions, where he was responsible for vendor relationships, product selection and distribution, as well as the creation and distribution of MarketLink CDs. Mr. Beshany also brings Incapital 20 years of experience in managing bank licensed representatives in the sales of structured CDs, mutual funds and annuities.  

Mr. Beshany holds FINRA licenses Series 6, 7, 63 and 24, as well as a State of Alabama life insurance license and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Samford University. He has a Certified Retirement Counselor (CRC®) designation and has also served as a member of several industry advisory groups.
