Incapital Hires Patrick Dwyer and Chris Solodyna To Bolster Advisor Sales Force

Incapital, a leading underwriter and distributor of fixed income and other financial products, today announced that it has hired Patrick Dwyer and Chris Solodyna as Vice President, National Sales Manager for the Wire and Regional Business Development Channel and Manager of Incapital’s Business Development Consultants, respectively.

As part of Incapital’s effort to expand its distribution network for retail investors, Mr. Solodyna will lead and manage the Internal Sales/Business Development Desk for Advisor Sales. Mr. Dwyer will work with the Advisor Sales Department to help manage and build Incapital’s relationships on a national level. Both Mr. Solodyna and Mr. Dwyer will be based out of the firm’s Boca Raton, FL office.

The advisor sales team will target financial advisors and broker dealers throughout the country, providing education on the products and solutions that Incapital offers through its robust distribution pipeline.

Prior to Incapital, Mr. Solodyna held various roles at Bernstein Investment Research and Management, Pimco Advisors, LLC, John Hancock Annuities/Wood Logan Distributors, and most recently, Sammons Retirement Solutions.

Mr. Dwyer brings over 18 years of industry experience in market development and resource management. Prior to joining Incapital, he held positions at Lincoln Financial, John Hancock/ Manulife Wood Logan, the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and the Chicago Board of Trade.
