Offerings of investment grade corporate notes are posted on a regular basis and typically remain available through a one week offering period. Notes are issued by major U.S. corporations. Weekly offerings are available in a variety of structures and maturities, including fixed rate and callable notes.
Over 400 broker-dealers in the U.S. participate in new issue note programs, including most brokerage and custodial firms which offer fixed income investments to individual investors. Corporate notes are generally unsecured debt obligations, and prospectus information should be carefully reviewed prior to any purchase.
