• U.S. Agency Debt Securities - Government Sponsored Enterprises known as GSEs, are privately owned corporations created by Congress to provide funding and help to reduce the cost of capital for certain borrowing sectors of the economy such as homeowners, students & farmers.
• Brokered CDs are simply Certificates of Deposit of banks sold through financial advisors. Brokered CDs generally have the features of CDs available directly from banks and are eligible for the same deposit insurance as CDs purchased directly from banks.
• Collateralized Mortgage Obligations (CMOs) are a type of mortgage-backed security (MBS). Unlike a mortgage pass-through, in which all investors participate proportionately in the net cash flows from the mortgage collateral, with a CMO, different bond classes are issued, which participate in different components.
• Corporates / Medium Term Notes (MTNs)  New issue notes offered by major U.S. corporations under various ‘brand’ names include InterNotes^®, CoreNotes^® and DirectNotes^®. Weekly offerings are available in a variety of structures and maturities, including fixed rate and callable notes.
• Municipal Bonds  are securities issued by States, Counties, Cities and other Governmental entities for the purpose of financing operations, improving facilities or to raise funding for new projects.
• Structured Investments  link fixed income notes and CDs to the performance of equities, commodities, currencies or other assets. Structured investments may offer full or partial principal protection, pay a variable amount at maturity, or pay a coupon linked to a specific security or index with principal at risk.
