 Chairman: Tom Ricketts
Tom Ricketts is the Chairman of Incapital LLC, which he co-founded in 1999.
Since its launch, Incapital and its acquired entities have underwritten over $275 billion of corporate and U.S. Agency bonds for such issuers as Bank of America, GE Capital, Goldman Sachs, Caterpillar Financial, Dow Chemical, Ford Credit, Federal Farm Credit Bank and TVA. Incapital is also an underwriter, distributor and liquidity provider in the certificates of deposit, structured note, mortgage and municipal bond markets.
Tom has been named to Institutional Investor Magazine’s “Online Finance 40” representing the nation’s most influential people in E-finance five times in the last 8 years.
Tom was on the Board of Directors of TD Ameritrade Holding Corporation from 2002 through 2007. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and has a B.A. and M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. Tom was the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business Distinguished Young Alumnus for 2005.
From 1996 to 1999, Tom was a Vice President and an investment banker for The Chicago Corporation and the brokerage division of ABN Amro Inc. From 1988 to 1994, he was a market maker on the Chicago Board Options Exchange.
In 2009, Tom became Chairman of the Chicago Cubs after leading the Ricketts Family acquisition of the team. Chief Executive Officer: John Radtke
John Radtke is the Chief Executive Officer of Incapital LLC, having joined Incapital in 2005. John brings over 20 years of experience with leading firms in the fixed income, derivative and structured products businesses. John is responsible for Incapital's U.S. and London-based operations, including capital markets, dealer & institutional sales, U.S. Agency & MBS trading, corporate & municipal bond trading, advisor services and marketing.
Prior to joining Incapital, John held positions with First Tennessee Securities, Countrywide Securities, Banker's Trust and ABN AMRO/LaSalle National Bank.
John holds a B.S. from Michigan State University. President: Phil Johnson
Phil Johnson joined Incapital in 2000 and currently serves as President of Incapital LLC. Phil oversees Treasury, operations, technology, risk management, compliance and insurance services for Incapital's offices in the U.S. and London*.
Prior to joining Incapital, Phil worked in ABN AMRO’s fixed income middle office, performing risk management and sensitivity analysis. Prior to this position, Phil oversaw fixed income trading operations and as Deputy Controller worked extensively with regulators and external auditors.
Phil is a CPA, has a B.S. in Accounting from Viterbo University, and an MBA from the University of Chicago.  Managing Director, Chief Information Officer: Steve Hartman
Steve Hartman joined Incapital in 2001 as Director of Business Development. In this capacity, Steve provided strategic analysis, new business opportunity planning, and operations support and guidance. Since 2006, Steve has been Incapital's CIO, heading up technology departments in Chicago, Boca Raton and London*.
Prior to joining Incapital, Steve spent six years as a management consultant with the Boston Consulting Group and Booz-Allen and Hamilton. Steve has experience with large-scale corporate change initiatives, post-merger integration, business strategy, new business development, business-to-business exchanges, internet development, operations improvement, information technology, and supply chain. Prior to consulting, Steve was an engineer for nine years where he designed guided missile systems and biology lab equipment.
Steve has a BA in Physics from Kalamazoo College, a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, and a MBA from the University of Chicago. General Counsel: A. Brad Busscher
Brad Busscher is currently General Counsel of Incapital LLC. Brad is a member of the Incapital Executive and Management Committees.
Prior to joining Incapital, Brad held positions with Mesirow Financial, Van Kampen Investments - a unit of Morgan Stanley, Kemper Securities / Everen Securities, Inc. / First Union Corporation (n/k/a Wells Fargo Advisors). Brad also worked as a Branch Chief in the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Brad holds a BA from Cornell University, a JD from the University of Miami and an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago.
He serves as Director of the National Society of Compliance Professionals and is a frequent speaker on regulatory and compliance issues.  Chief Compliance Officer: Brandon Klerk
Brandon Klerk joined Incapital in 2010 as the Chief Compliance Officer. Brandon oversees the operations of the compliance department across the Incapital group of companies.
Brandon joined Incapital from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority’s (FINRA) Risk Oversight and Operational Regulation (ROOR) Department and also has experience within FINRA’s Member Regulation and Cause Departments. Brandon was previously Chief Compliance Officer of ODL Securities, a multinational brokerage firm, and has held positions with Mesirow Financial, Jump Trading and Janus Funds. Additionally, Brandon founded Halyard Compliance, an SEC and FINRA compliance consulting firm that provided written supervisory procedure construction, anti-money laundering audits, advertising reviews, risks assessments and more.
Brandon received a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University and a professional certification in Financial Planning from Northwestern University. He is also an active member in compliance, anti-money laundering and fraud prevention associations, and is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE®) and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS®). Managing Director, Head of Capital Markets: Brian Walker
Brian joined Incapital LLC in 2000 shortly after its founding and is responsible for corporate debt issuer relationship management. Brian designs marketing strategies and coordinates all debt issuance efforts with corporate note issuers on Incapital's platform.
Prior to joining the Company, Brian was with General Motors Acceptance Corporation for twelve years where he served in a variety of debt funding roles, including asset-backed securities, MTNs, global corporate notes and swaps. Brian managed GMAC retail funding initiatives, which included direct responsibility for pricing, marketing, sales and operations for GMAC’s medium and short-term fixed income product programs. Brian directed numerous bond marketing initiatives at GMAC that included internal product cross-marketing and all external awareness efforts.
Brian has a BA from Alma College and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
Managing Director, Capital Markets: Louise M. Herrle
Louise M. Herrle joined Incapital's capital markets team in May 2010, bringing over 30 years experience in financial services and debt capital markets.
Louise has extensive background in managing global debt programs, Treasury and Corporate Finance. Her positions have included Chief Investment Officer at Chrysler Financial, Senior Managing Director, Treasurer and Head of Corporate Finance for Residential Capital (ResCap) and Treasurer of Freddie Mac, Prior to her work at Freddie Mac. Ms. Herrle was Senior Vice President and Treasurer of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh.
Ms. Herrle has been a featured speaker at numerous industry conferences in the U.S., Europe and Asia Ms. Herrle studied economics and mathematics at Robert Morris College where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree. Managing Director, Trading: Fred Lucier
Fred Lucier joined Incapital in August 2005. Fred currently oversees trading for Incapital’s offices in Chicago, Boca and London.
Prior to joining Incapital, Fred has worked for Countrywide Securities, Deutsche Bank Securities, and Bankers Trust in several trading/sales capacities.
Fred has a B.A. in economics from Bucknell University, and an MBA from Columbia Business School. Managing Director, Sales: Tom Kane
Tom Kane joined Incapital in 2005 and is currently a Managing Director overseeing dealer fixed income sales. This includes all new issue and secondary corporate notes, new issue and secondary Agencies, CDs, munis and structured notes.
Prior to joining Incapital, Tom managed the fixed income sales office in Chicago and San Francisco for Spear Leed’s and Kellogg / Goldman Sachs for 13 years. Tom has 26 years experience in fixed income securities, including both sales and sales management.
Tom received his B.S. in Finance from St. John’s University in Queens New York. Managing Director, Sales: Laura Elliott
Laura Elliott is one of the original members that started Incapital in 1999. Laura specializes in business development with the senior relationships for Incapital's top tier clients.
Prior to joining Incapital, Laura worked at ABN Amro as syndicate manager for the GMAC SmartNotes, responsible for all dealer relationships. Prior to ABN Amro, she was at Mesirow Financial for nine years working consecutively in compliance, retail and institutional sales and in high yield trading.
Laura received her B.S. in Education from the University of Alabama.
